• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate others' privacy or share personal information without consent
• Engage in spam, solicitation, or commercial advertising without permission
• Post illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on NeighborWire. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences of sharing it.

6. Marketplace

NeighborWire provides a platform for neighbors to list and discover items. We are not a party to any transactions between users. All transactions are conducted at the users' own risk. We make no representations about the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

7. Group Chats

Group chats are private and invite-only. Group creators are responsible for the conduct of their groups. Groups automatically expire based on the duration set at creation. Expired group data may be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimers

NeighborWire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform. We are not liable for any disputes arising between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeighborWire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
